I hope you would also consider the reverse transfer of books FROM Hyphen TO Calibre. Thanks.
You could also consider syncing a full calibre library from/with Dropbox.
Two way syncing, of position, books imported, annotations, etc.
The name of the Calibre Catalog is often a mystery. Why include the name if the URL is there? I've entered the name used by the Marvin reader and Hyphen rejects it. The load always fails.
@caribfa 'Catalog Name' doesn't truly matter, it won't affect whether Hyphen can load the catalog at all. The name you enter is up to you, only the URL matters. The name is a requirement because some catalog URLs are long, or not easily understood simply by glancing at, hence the requirement for a name.
Matt,
Sorry for the late reply. Now checking mail. Well, no matter the name, none of it works vis OPDS. I load up books via iTunes. Caliber is preferable.

@caribfa - I've sent you an email regarding your OPDS issue.
I'm unable to connect to Calibre via Hyphen using the same OPDS URL, username, and password I use for Marvin. Advice would be most welcome.
Same issue, but using calibre-web. Works in Marvin.
There are currently two methods for transferring books from Calibre to Hyphen:
1.) Content Server. Enter the IP Calibre gives you into Hyphen's web browser as http://x.x.x.x. 2.) iTunes/Cloud Storage. Select the ePubs you'd like to transfer to Hyphen, right-click,
Save to Disk
>Save only EPUB format to Disk in single directory
. You can then transfer them to Hyphen via iTunes, or Dropbox, etc.A desktop client to make this process easier is in the works.
