Hyphenation points after \ij and ij (unicode symbol U+0133) are inhibited. Example:
Bijlage is correctly hyphenated as Bij-la-ge but when the ij (i + j) is replaced by the unicode symbol ij (which gives better spacing in some fonts), it gets hyphenated as Bijla-ge.
Would the solution be to copy al patterns with ij (i + j) and add another copy with ij replaced by ij (U+0133)? Or is there a smarter solution?
