Issue Description:
I set it to: mcPrefix = "§e[DC] §7%user%:§r , but in Minecraft the user is still shown in a white font.

When the placeholder is replaced with it's real value, it seems to break any minecraft formatting codes around it. Maybe the replacement function is corrupting these formatting codes
