[Suggestion] Super Lightmode RPC #48

Putting this as a reminder for myself.

A version of Simple RPC that is super light.

It will only provide the following config options:

applicationid large/small images Large/Small Image Text Description State

This config will be used for every single event, instead of having a massive config file. Some people just want the basics
