Quick Worker not letting me read skills journal #100

Hi, I have been having this problem where if I pick Quick Worker I can not read out of my skill journal. the moment I remove this trait I can read it. I did not pick another trait like illitrate. any help would be highly apprreicaited.

I downloaded the Skill Recovery Journal mod and attempted to recreate this issue, but it seems to function just fine for me. I did however notice that there is an option in Custom Sandbox to set the amount of time it takes to read/write from/to the journal.

It is plausible that since Quick Worker modifies ISReadABook actions that setting that value too high could cause the reading progress to overshoot 100% and fail to apply.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure how I could fix this just yet....
