Fix somes French Translation

I have some encoding issue, I usually work with UTF-8 files but these files seem to be in window-1252, in my IDE everything look fine, but in game the quote caractere "'" is not displayed ... i have tried to handle it during a half hour before giving up ... If you have some advices or can fix it, i will appreciate

Changelog :

• Fix some grammatical error in french translations
  • Béliers -> Bélier
  • Chane -> Chance,
  • quelquechose -> quelque chose
  • jambe casser -> jambe cassée
  • nouvelle guiée -> nouvelle guinée
• Fix hardy trait gives +1 Fitness and not +1 Strength (Force)
• Replace word "Condition physique" by "Fitness" for bonus, which is the in-game word for this skills in french ... (misleading)
• convert tabulation by space (some lines used tabs while all others used spaces)
