Basically what was stated in Issue #163 but just before the infection restarts, it shows the green tool tip as enabled in "Announce Super Imune".
To my knowledge I am not using any other mods tweaking anything regarding infection, however, if you wanna take a look you should be able to view the Collection of Mods I'm using at the moment
