After: You gain extra endurance based on your fitness level.
This change is fair in my opinion, as it makes more fitness traits actually worth it, and less fitness traits not free points anymore. Hardy won't even do anything at fitness 0 infact, but fitness 0 -> 1 leveling takes maximum 7 days, so 0 fitness plays are still viable if you don't mind early game, esp with gym goer.
At 10 fitness, you gain 0.5 extra endurance, that puts you at 1.5, and only at 0.75 do you get tired. Pretty good in my opinion for 5 points.
