Remove deprecated `SelectNext` #1621

Once https://github.com/hypothesis/frontend-shared/pull/1620 is merged, the docs will recommend using Select and MultiSelect, which are drop-in replacements of SelectNext.

Also, work is in progress to stop using SelectNext in downstream projects, so we should just remove the symbol.
