Add search bar to Canvas file picker, like the Google picker has #1325

When using the Google picker, the search bar makes up for the fact that we've eliminated folders. Users with a lot of files in Canvas Files may have a hard time finding their files, and a search bar can help them locate the PDF they want without having to scroll through lots of file names.

Sean says sorting would probably be easier to implement.

As a note, I've seen (on calls) a few Canvas auth issues caused by instructors having multiple copies of the same PDF in Canvas Files, some published and some unpublished, and losing the folder structure prevents them from knowing which is which. If we add search in lieu of showing folders, it might be good if we can also show in the resulting search results if a file is published or not.
