Help move annotations from the old Pressbooks site to the new one

Pressbooks is migrating all their URLs and want existing annotations to appear on the new URLs for books. This will be for about 100 books or so, but they're aware of known document equivalence methods and don't think that will work because they'll need to trigger them on every single URL of those 100 books.

Since we haven't tackled this issue yet, allowing Publishers to make URL changes to content, the Pressbooks team has asked if the move_uri cli command is something that can be used to solve their issue.

Notes: They are moving from pressbooks.org to pressbooks.pub:

• book.pressbooks.com -> pressbooks.pub/book
• book.pressbooks.com/chapter-1 -> pressbooks.pub/book/chapter-1

We can get an exact list of old -> new URLs

• They are putting 401 permanent redirect rules in place.

Thanks for filing @mkdir-washington-edu. Yes, this is essentially accurate, though I'm not certain what the precise number of books will be. I expect it may be less than 100 in the end, since many of the affected books do not have annotations. Our announced timeline for the move has us migrating books on or after September 29, so pretty soon here. We would be happy to run the CLI command ourselves, but I suspect you wouldn't want to give us the access or permissions needed to execute the necessary commands/changes. :wave: @robertknight and @jeremydean -- it's been a while!
