Describe the bug LMS app user reported the following error page when creating an assignment at https://www.arrow.com/en/research-and-events/articles/fpga-mining UpstreamServiceError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='www.arrow.com', port=443): Read timed out. (read timeout=10)
