Move education resources to KB

In collaboration with Jeremy, take a look at the education section of the H website. Move how-tos, tutorials, and etc over to the knowledge base so that the Education section can be a place for use cases, blog posts, etc

Proposed Course of action

• [x] Make a "sitemap" of resources in the Education section; note whether each is a blog post, a standalone web page, etc
• [x] Make a list of what's missing (i.e., LMS app install guides)
• [ ] Add KB articles for each of these resources, making sure to update / ensure they are still correct
• [ ] Ask Jeremy to review new content and with his consent, replace links on the Education section of the website

From the main Education page, we currently link to:

• 10 Ways to Annotate with Students (blog post)
• Quick Start Guide for Teachers (page)
• Quick Start Guide for Students(page)
• Annotation Tips for Students(page)
• Creating a Private Group(page)
• Annotating with Groups(page)
• Tutorial videos (Youtube playlist)
• Educator Resource Guide (page)
• Student Resource Guide (page)

I think these can be converted to KB articles (and updated along the way), and then we can swap out the links. I still need to look through each of these links and see whether there are further links to more content that can be converted to KB articles.

The Youtube videos will probably have to be a separate project, as I'm sure many of them could use updating.

There are a few links on this page that I think should remain as standalone pages, not part of the KB:

• Teacher testimonials(page)
• Student testimonials(page)
• Examples of classroom use

...but perhaps we could take a look at where they "live" in the website IA (I would expect these to be under web.hypothes.is > education rather than at the main level).

There are 81 lines in this spreadsheet(!) but some of these are:

• duplicates, linked to on more than 1 page
• items that have already been converted to KB articles.

Next steps are to identify those dupes + items that have been converted to get a real sense of the scope here.

Then, we can make a list of what's missing.

After meeting with Jeremy and Nate today, we decided on the following for next steps:

• I will identify which resources have already been made into KB articles so we can swap out the links
• I will identify what I feel belongs in the KB vs as a standalone page in the Education portal
• I'll make a prioritized list of the next resources to move over to the KB
• I'll consult with Jeremy and Nate to ensure we're aligned on the first 3 items here
