Tag autocomplete working poorly using Georgian character script

Using the Georgian character script, user is able to annotate and create tags. However, when typing in the name of an existing tag into the editor tag field, the pre-existing tag will not populate or autocomplete while the tag name is being typed in.

To reproduce:

1. Annotate a document and create a new tag for the annotation in Georgian script. Example: ინგლისური
2. Create a new annotation in the same document and group, and in the tag field begin typing in ინგლისური
3. Autocomplete begins to match, but after 2 characters it stops populating the list, as if it can no longer match
