Support PDF.js in upcoming FF (beta) versions #135

As a user, sitting on FF's beta release channel, I would expect the PDF support not to break upon the next release on the browser.

This is now done. (As soon as we re-deploy prod.)

Not quite done. Depends on us merging hypothesis/h#1792.

We merged https://github.com/hypothesis/h/pull/1818, so now it's really done.
