As a user, I want to filter Webmarks by visualised tags.
WHY?
The current version of hypothes.is has only the ability to search the entries via a pretty bulky text based search ("Tags: "x", "y")
That is why a visual filter system is needed.
DETAILS OF EXECUTION:
A list of all available tags in alphabetical order. The filter can be switched between an AND/OR search version.
"AND" decreases the tag list with every chosen tag to the ones available in the displayed entries.
"OR" lets all tags stay displayed.
When chosing tags to filter, the sidebar should be separated into 2 sections with horizontal rulers.
