Show whole thread when linking to any part #35

Asked for by Chris Long. He wants to see the whole thread -- focused on the part referenced. For instance if the hypothes.is/a/ link is midway down the thread, the parts above and below would be collapsed by default, but expandable.

Is this issue about what happens when you link to an annotation that isn't the top of the thread?

So this should work in a way similar to what I see when I focus on a twitter message, which is at the middle of a conversation: I see the selected twitter card (with emphasis), but if I scroll up or down, I can also see the preceding and following messages, in a compact form - right?

Or it could work the way the sidebar stream collapses above and below when you search for a term.
