Document level filtering of annotations

Description

Currently referred to as "page search" allows annotations on the current page to be filtered.

Problem the feature is solving

Aids with navigation of documents with large numbers of annotations and surfacing of interesting content.

Implementation

• [x] Phase One:
  • Allows filtering of annotations on the current page based on querying "user", "text", "quote", "tags".
  • Allows facets to be queried through search syntax.
  • Applies only to the whole document.
• [ ] Phase Two:
  • Include facets for filtering the search results by specific criteria.
  • Include ability to order results.
  • Auto completion of tags, usernames and other known values.

It seems like auto-completion is the only thing missing from Phase Two perhaps.... Should we split the phases into separate issues? Not sure I understand these "Phase" tags.
