Bring hypothes.is support *back* to epub.js #80

5 months ago epub.js had Hypothes.is working (afaik) and available in an example in their repo: https://github.com/futurepress/epub.js/blob/master/examples/hypothesis.html

It's including a lot of static assets which have now moved or are gone or bundled now.

Regardless, it's likely we've changed some stuff, and need to update how it's loading.

I'll be reporting the issue at the epub.js project also and tracking what I can there, but doing it here for us to have a "visionary" issue to track this with. :video_camera:
