Remove the front page and installers from the blog theme #40

Note: This should be merged after https://github.com/hypothesis/wordpress-theme-hypothesis/pull/39 because it removes some of the styling used for the legacy header

The homepage was moved from the blog to the app. Remove the content and assets that used to provide these features on the blog.
