Update logos in hypothesis plugin page #57

The page is displaying old ore no logos at all. See https://wordpress.org/plugins/hypothesis

We should update this to use up-to-date branding.

Same goes for the generic WordPress account we created: https://profiles.wordpress.org/hypodev/
