This adds two customized embedding options to the plugin:

@BigBlueHat, I'm not sure if we want to cut a release for this yet until we have a conversation around customized embedding, but wanted to get this out there as it's been on my local machine for a while. It works well, but uses window.hypothesisConfig options like firstRun and showHighlights... whose future might be uncertain? (firstRun opens the sidebar when hypothes.is loads, and perhaps should be renamed?)

@JakeHartnell k. Let's run with this as is, but dig into the customized embedding stuff (re: epub.js) then revisit. Cool?
