add wifi sub command #12

The wifi subcommand allows to set configuration for wifi interfaces.

While adding the necessary functionality for the wifi subcommand I refactored the hostname subcommand a bit, too.

Need to fix the tests for the hostname subcommand and add some tests for the wifi subcommand, too. But that's for another day...
