Add option to configure username #130

Defaults to black-pearl. Would be nice to configure the default username via a command line argument without writing a custom user-data file.

Instead of adding two more options (username and password) I would prefer an option to use current username and user‘s ssh pub key to have the best login experience.

By the way black-pearl is the hostname, which already is configurable with a flag.
