Finalize update of Odroid C1 build #30

Looks as if I was a little bit too aggressive in adding unifying the packages installed on C2 and C1. This recreates a state that

Builds successfully
Re-adds device-init (for now)
Contains a running docker
Fixes all currently existing integration tests

@StefanScherer I'll happily perform the release myself (based on your MAINTENANCE.md) once this PR has been approved.

@StefanScherer I had another look at the changes and don't see anything particularly wrong. Given that 0.3.1 does not work due to some AppArmor incompatibility, I am going to merge the PR myself.
