Bluetooth on Pi Zero W #252

I can't seem to get my Pi0W's bluetooth adapter to be recognized, but onboard wifi works fine.

I saw that the issue https://github.com/hypriot/image-builder-rpi/issues/174 was marked as solved for 1.8, but I can't get it working.

Running hcitool dev shows no device.

Worked just fine on a Pi3 w/ Hypriot 1.9 also.

I just tested HypriotOS 1.11.2 on a Pi Zero W and it works out of the box. Please have a look at the sample user-data https://github.com/hypriot/flash/blob/master/sample/wifi-user-data.yml and adjust it and copy it into /boot partition before first boot.

Or use flash -u my-wifi.yml -n myhostname ...

Update: I ran hcitool dev on a RPi4 that was configured with Wifi and it lists one device.
