Update QEMU to 4.0.0 #5

First of all, I would like to thank you for providing this wonderful solution for multiarch builds. I've noticed that it's quite dated at this point, so here we go :)

Changes:

Docker multi-stage build has replaced the QEMU build image
QEMU source is now fetched from qemu.org
build image updated to Debian stretch
