Create a Docker Hugo Base Image

I have prepared an automated docker image build environment based on docker in docker hypriot/dockerfiles branch dockerindocker and hypriot/dockerfiled branch test-dockerindocker is used by drone to build a new image

there is a little problem pushing the image to the registry (basic auth required ; ssl cert; https registry call instead of http) I tested pushing to:

• localhost:5000 (working on host)
• 172.17.42.1:5000 (ssl problems)
• registry.hypriot.com (requires auth)
