Update kernel 4.1.8, original raspberry firmware

This PR was intended to update the Broadcom binary blobs to support the latest 7" touch display. And this leads to some great improvements:

latest Linux 4.1.8 kernel
latest boot programs from Broadcom
original raspberry firmware files, latest version (using RPi-Distro/firmware repo)
support for the original 7" touch display from RaspberryPi-org
and maybe support for some other displays and devices
