Update kernel 4.1.8, original raspberry firmware #47

This PR was intended to update the Broadcom binary blobs to support the latest 7" touch display. And this leads to some great improvements:

latest Linux 4.1.8 kernel
latest boot programs from Broadcom
original raspberry firmware files, latest version (using RPi-Distro/firmware repo)
support for the original 7" touch display from RaspberryPi-org
and maybe support for some other displays and devices

Image successfully tested on a Pi 2 and a Pi B. And it works well with the original 7" touch screen display. Even with an installed X11 all tests passed.

New test image s3://buildserver-production/images/hypriot-rpi-20150926-093555.img.zip is ready, including kernel 4.1.8 from master branch.

After extensive testing on Pi 2B, Pi B and Pi A and even with X11 and 7" touch screen display, it LGTM. I'll merge it!

I have flashed and started the image at 15:00. docker info docker version and uname -a worked as expected. LGTM

Now I am going to do more tests
