Reduces input size by following nixos-unstable-small (which contains less packages)
Updates Nix CI to build and cache default pyprland package. The package will be cached on https://hyprland-community.cachix.org.
Adds hyprland-community to local flake settings to re-use previously cached builds to reduce build durations.
