Cannot build Hypr

Cannot build hypr at all.

OS Manjaro

When i do sudo cp ./build/Hypr /usr/bin it says this,-r not specified; omitting directory '.build/Hypr'

I extracted the tar.gz file in realeases and now it says cannot stat '.build/Hypr': No such file or directory
