Allow resizing tiled windows using the mouse #56

This is a minor request in the sense that it is not that important but I think it would be a nice feature to have.

Quite often when I'm in tiled mode I want to adjust the size of the tiles but doing so with splitratio and a binding is a bit inconvenient and slow in comparison to resizing windows using the mouse (when you're not limited to a trackpad that is).

Since we have drag-to-reposition tiled windows with mod + left mouse button perhaps a decent default for this would be mod + right mouse button since that seems unoccupied when dealing with tiled windows (and it would keep parity with resizing floating windows which uses mod+RMB).
