hyprpaper crashes on aditional display plug in/out or power on/off #1384

Basically the title.

back on 0.19 release was ok.

hyprpaper same version since november. hyprpaper output:

listener function for opcode 1 of zwlr_layer_surface_v1 is NULL
[1]    29805 IOT instruction (core dumped)  hyprpaper
