Splash rendering ignores settings in 0.34.0 #4341

Description

After updating to 0.34.0 on Arch, splash message is always rendered on top of my wallpapers, despite

misc {
    disable_splash_rendering = true
}

Being in the settings.

How to reproduce

  1. Update to 0.34.0 on Arch Linux
  2. Restart Hyprland

Crash reports, logs, images, videos

that's not hyprland, that's hyprpaper. You can disable it in hyprpaer's config
