Description
When trying to launch hyprland using the nouveau drivers with nvk userspace drivers, Hyprland freezes for a minute, and crashes eventually
Motivated by #4499
How to reproduce
1) Follow the nouveau drivers installation procedure over at arch wiki
2) Install vulkan-nouveau-git and lib32-vulkan-nouveau-git from the AUR
3) Reboot, configure, etc
4) Launch hyprland using WLR_DRM_DEVICES and set nvidia as default
5) Set WLR_RENDERER as vulkan
6) watch the world burn
