When I unplug the mouse (the only pointing device on the system) or boot the system without a mouse plugged in, all panes/windows ignore keyboard input. TTY input works, DE shortcuts do work, like focus switching with $mainmod + h,j,k,l, opening and closing panes work, but newly and already opened panes do not receive keyboard input. When I reconnect the mouse back everything resumes to work as expected. I have no idea what could be causing this, so I do not know what could be relevant to add here, you can always ask me for needed/helpful info.
