Bug https://github.com/hyprwm/Hyprland/issues/3311 is happening again.

Togglespecialworkspace does only dim the monitor slightly. Funfact: if a workspace with firefox esr is focussed and i try to toggle the special workspace, firefox slides away. Pressing again the bind does not toggle firefox back. But it can be "recovered" via waybar

what's the output of hyprctl clients and of hyprctl monitors after using the bind?

monitors.txt clients.txt

clients.txt contains before and after using the bind. As far as i can see no change.

keepassxc is not in any special workspace try using something like foot (without foot server) it should work if a program forks itself exec binds won't work
