Description

After scrolling (does not matter where), any "binds = " stop working until a mouse button is clicked. This is not an issue with the vm or nix since it also occurs in the host (which uses arch).

How to reproduce

1. Set a binding via "binds = "... .
2. Attempt to use the binding (this works)
3. Scroll
4. Attempt to use the binding (this does not work)
5. Click with any mouse button
6. Attempt to use the binding (this works)
