Description
Upgrading from hyprland 0.43 to 0.44 (Archlinux package) results in stuttery mouse movement and high cpu usage (80-100%) on a single core (hyprland process).
This is observed on a freshly booted session with no programs open apart from kitty to monitor cpu usage in htop.
Reverting to 0.43 immediately resolves the issue.
How to reproduce
Upgrade to 0.44
reboot and login
Notice stuttery mouse movement
check cpu usage and find 100% cpu usage by the hyprland process. CPU usage goes down if mouse movement stopped
