I have updated to version 0.45 and can no longer reproduce this bug. Let the issue remain open for now, just in case. If I don't see this bug in a week, I'll close it

No, the bug is still there. Sometimes, after opening and closing the telegram viewer window, posts scroll to a random location and sometimes to the end. I hate bugs like this, which are not obvious and are not always reproducible.

I do not know. If you open any window next to telegram, then everything is fine, but when you open a photo or video, a fullscreen window of the telegram viewer appears and after closing it, sometimes this scrolling bug occurs
