Fix FDM #33

Goals

Do not evolve the FDM wave function at all.

[x] Should we simply set dt = 0 in both fluid and gravity solvers?
[x] Must disable OPT__FIXUP_FLUX? [NOT mandatory]
[x] Disable both CONSERVE_MASS and LAPLACIAN_4TH for better performance? [NOT mandatory]
[x] Support grid refinement and derefinement
[x] Parallelization

- [x] OpenMP

Notes

Useful for investigating how FDM density fluctuations and/or soliton motion affect other materials (e.g., gas and stars).
