Access the Home Page

As a Site User, I can view/access home page so that I can easily get general info and make a booking

• [ ] AC1 Given a user, access the site
• [ ] AC2 Then the home page displays the general set-up including opening times of the restaurant
• [ ] AC3 When a user selects from the navigation bar he can access all the page info
