Request font flexibility #5

pChart4mw uses the same fonts for the title and al the other text.

Create the possibility to choose (or set as default) a different font for the 
title and the other text.

Font flexibility is added. This resulted in the following changes

* The globals $wgPChart4mwFont and and $wgPChartFontSize are removed
* The global $wgPChart4mwFontPath is new
* The parameters textfont, textsize, titlefont and titlesize are added
* The documentation (wiki) is updated with these new features and changes

These new features are released as of pChart4mw 1.3.0+
