Features and functionality added:

MCUInterface: Main ECU board hardware interface, pin write, MCU_status CAN message update and send
TelemetryInterface: Main ECU sensor data CAN messages update and send
AMSInterface: BMS heartbeat status tracking, temperature and voltage data management. Interact with ADM8316 reset pin
WatchdogInterface: Interact with ADM8316 watchdog toggling pin
SafetySystem: Handling watchdog kick and BMS heartbeat detection

P.S. Include paths are also bwoken so I can't really check compilation, hopefully these files are not horribly complex to adjust.
