We need to parse the old code to figure out why mode 4 was so much faster than 1 on HT07 and figure out what is limiting power on HT08.
This could be mechanical (seals maybe but unlikely), so we need to figure out a way we can directly A/B test both cars and collect data (super simple torque controller w/ no power limit).
Daq should immediately try to get mini TCU working so we can do this comparison, but at the very least, we should test qualitatively.
We can also figure out the issue with old TCU so that we can get handsfree data recording working on HT07 again.
