Need update: -Deployment is not consistent using WSL,. Cloudshell is not an option. CI/ CD for production deployments and deployments from an EC2 for Development will be advised and documentation should be updated accordingly -Tagging-what can be added and cant be added -Passing of SSL in configuration or load balancer steps needs to be reviewed

@amsnyder : Will update these locations, once the document (Word) versions are completed with the latest requests(completed end of week).
