Replace config file format with JSON
Add
config
command to manipulate config file
Allow separate dependencies (runtime, test, build):
deps
for all deps,
deps runtime
for runtime deps, etc.
Allow multiple excludes via
exclude Dep1 exclude Dep2
Enabale or disable specific recommendation manager from command line eg.
norecman MyRec
