For whatever reason seems to require quite a recent version of Chrome Android to work on that browser. The added css media query shouldn't be it: It should be supported since Chrome Android 18 (Released 2012-06-27) (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/@media/aspect-ratio).
