Update dearpygui version #2

fix requirements.txt

it would be sufficient to fix the version in requirements.txt. dearpygui==0.6.415 works as intended, and might be the last one that does so without significantly modifying pysindygui.py. See https://openbase.com/python/dearpygui/versions for further info
